I heartily agree that if you get oegrnizad about how you follow Twitter, it can be a useful resource for both learning and networking. When I started out with Twitter, I approached it more like an email inbox, which turned it into black hole of productivity. I especially want to thank you for sharing your list of healthcare tweetchats and hashtags this is valuable info and there are some new ones I wasn’t aware of.
