Exercise and Staying Healthy

 

In this episode focusing on aging gracefully and healthily, not just living longer but living better, I am focusing on exercise.
I suspect most people would agree exercise is an important part of life and something we all need to do, no matter our age but judging by the statistics we find many are not exercising. In fact, in a recent review estimates suggest that not even 1 in 4 people in the United States are getting enough exercise.
