In this episode, I focus on incremental steps you can take to help you have healthier behaviors to help flatten the curve for the current COVID19 pandemic. We know we need to keep our surroundings clean and reduce the possibility we are exposed to the virus and get infected. But how do you achieve that?
I have 3 incremental steps you can take to help you with healthier behavior to reduce your chance of exposure and the chance of exposing others
- Wear a scarf of some description – it won’t stop the particles but can help remind you no to bring your hands near your face and mouth helping break the habit
- Carry and use gloves – they won’t completely protect you but again will help remind you not to bring your hands near your face and mouth. Importantly you need to remove them as if the outside is covered in shit – this technique is commonly used in medicine
- Carry alcohol wipes and use them when soap and water is not available
