As we approach HIMSS I wanted to share a great opportunity, to join me and your fellow Whisky enthusiasts for a guided tasting of some classic Scottish Malt Whiskies. The tasting will be held at the HIMSS Conference in Orlando Tuesday, March 10 at at the NextGate booth 3128 hosted by me
We are taking a veritable romp around the Scottish Highlands with wee drams to please everyone’s tastes. Everything from the light spritely fruit-filled lowland malt. and a classic Speyside that combines ex-bourbon and sherry casks to bring a classic toffee spicy tipple. And round the tasting with a coastal Highland, with its complex floral spice and hints of smoke, and an Islay classic that has the gentle peat and heather notes abundant from this region.
