As we move into the winter, cases continue to rise here in the US and also around the world. What does that mean for you, your business and how should you handle this troubling increase in cases? It starts and continues with limiting the spread of the disease following all the guidance that everyone is familiar with

But what if you get a positive test – what might that mean if you feel no symptoms (are you asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic). What about contact tracing (hint – help by sharing as much detail as you can so the contact tracing team can identify others at risk and stop the spread of the disease)
Then we attempt to keep patients in their community setting while limiting the spread and monitoring closely to identify anyone quickly that may need additional inpatient care or treatment.
So if you get a positive test:
- Don’t Panic
- Isolate and stay at Home
- Help identify potential at-risk contacts
- Monitor for warning signs to initiate a transfer to a hospital setting for treatment
